This session will introduce you to the Business Model Canvas. A simple one-page plan to help you map out the key components of your business and how they work together to create a successful business model.

We will explore the 3 elements of your business model: Desirability, Feasibility and Viability.

Come away with a sense of where changes could be made to your business model to retain customers, improve cashflow and refine objectives.
