‘Laugh and the whole world laughs with you’
Plus laughter can help reduce stress, improve mood and just be good fun. Laughter Yoga is about stimulated or unconditional laughter – we don’t do jokes or even yoga poses.
We do deep breathing techniques, some chants and playful activities which is great fun.
For those who feel they want a bit of useful silliness for 20 minutes on a Wednesday morning while connecting to others and getting your endorphins going then this is for you!
