Learning to listen to your customers matters more than ever as we are all having to adapt to new ways of working. In this interactive session, Katie Murrie and Claire Hartley from the Service Design Academy will share effective ways you can do this.

Service designers use a variety of tools and methods to understand the experience, needs and motivations of users.  The Service Design Academy offers accredited training and education in these tools. User Research builds empathy with existing and new customers, and helps you figure out how to turn what you have learned into a chance to design and create better experiences.

Katie and Claire will share some tools and techniques to kick start your user research journey.  There will be time to share experiences, ask questions, and you will leave with a remote working user research guide. We hope that you can join us for this webinar and take away something of value that will improve your business.
