Service designers use a variety of tools and methods to understand the experience, needs and motivations of users. The Service Design Academy offers accredited training and education in these tools. User Research builds empathy with existing and new customers, and helps you figure out how to turn what you have learned into a chance to design and create better experiences.
Katie and Claire will share some tools and techniques to kick start your user research journey. There will be time to share experiences, ask questions, and you will leave with a remote working user research guide.
